| Back in its day, GTA IV was graphically competent. When compared to, say, Pong or a text adventure, it generally came out on top. But then modders got ahold of it. And now, with this latest coat of fresh paint, Rockstar's crime caper looks as good as new. Actually -- come to think of it -- better than new.Iceenhancer IV dresses up GTA IV's graphics so snazzily that it makes GTA V look like GTA III. I can't wait to go bowling with Roman -- and occasionally commit some crimes -- with this mod gently caressing my eyeballs.
